Wyndham Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area, Lake Buena Vista

I had a mixed experience at this hotel, which is beautifully located near Disney Springs. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. However, there were some issues with requests that went unnoticed, which detracted from the experience. Overall, it has a great atmosphere and the pool facilities were a real highlight.

The hotel is in a superb location, just a short walk from Disney Springs, making it perfect for dining and shopping. The rooms are contemporary and clean, although they do lack balconies and are starting to show some age. The shuttle service to the parks could use improvement, particularly with driver communication, which added some frustration during our visits.
