i loved the coffee shop. it had milk, cereal, and fruits. they had cute charcuterie boards. the coffee was great (especially the latte!). i also really liked the pool area. there was lots of seating. the food and drinks from the oasis restaurant were good.
the ac wasn't great. it was locked at 68. the room was hot at night. i also didn't like that the hotel didn't have water to buy when i arrived. the cafe was closed (so i could not buy the overpriced water).

i found the staff helpful. mildred at check-in gave good recommendations. bell staff moved bags fast. the room got cleaned everyday and they refresh towels without asking. the disney view looked great.
the tv had some issues. a lot of the channels had bad pixels, looked like a bad satellite. a microwave in the room would have helped a lot. i had to call for maid service once.

the front desk workers welcomed me. they gave me a positive feeling when i got here. i appreciate the team being so kind. the service was efficient.

the pool is very nice and clean. the hotel gives free shuttle buses and they arrive on time. early park entry provides more time to see the parks, a valuable benefit.

the hotel is really close to disney. walking to disney springs takes only a few minutes. early park entry makes going to the parks easier. this location worked great.

The staff was really good. They greeted everyone with a warm smile. the jofferys cafe offered delicious breakfast and coffee. the pool area included many chairs and a bar, it was ideal for relaxation. i found the quick walk to disney springs to be very convenient.
the room facilities are very basic, there was no complimentary water.

the room was quite clean and it had a refrigerator, very useful. the beds were comfortable, i slept very well. the suite was perfect for preparing and receiving guests throughout the wedding.

The front desk staff provided a warm welcome. the valet team greeted guests with big smiles. the bag service kept my luggage safe until the next morning. They were very trustworthy and helpful.
